A pack best used in conjuration with some sort of Slenderman mod, the Slendercraft Resource and Texture Pack brings more horror to Minecraft!
Based around the meme/creepy pasta creature of Slenderman, the Slenderman Pack changes all Endermen into Slendermen, making them wear a tuxedo as well as having a white, featureless head. If you do not know who Slenderman is, here is a bit of background:
Slenderman is a tall, thin humanoid “man” with extra long limps, hence the name, usually with no features on his face, almost as if his head is that of a mannequin, “he” has bright white skin, and is sometimes portrayed with dark dark tentacles erupting from his back. He is said to stalk, traumatize, and sometimes abduct people, children in particular. As he is not really tied to any one story and originated as a internet meme, various details differ from his various appearances and incarnations, but it is often said that any electronic devices near him will experience problems, such as TVs only showing static, radios not working properly and flashlights beginning to flicker. Slenderman is also often connected to forests, and is said to posses the ability of teleportation, which makes him a perfect match with Endermen.
The mod also features a “camera” that you can equip on your head, to get the camera effect shown in the screenshots and known from some games featuring the creature, as well as a flickering TV to really make things extra scary.
Other than than, the pack is not too different from default Minecraft, it has the same resolution of 16×16 and similar, but different, textures for most parts, but that does not seem to have been the real focus of the pack.
Sounds and text have been changed to add to a more creepy atmosphere, and some textures seem slightly darker. Overall, the focus of this pack seems to have been on emphasizing a creepier and more horror-like atmosphere, as well as making things a lot more akin to something found in the numerous Slenderman stories and games.
The Slendercraft Pack is pretty much done, all textures have been reworked, sounds and text changed, and so on, so do not expect any major updates for this pack, but it will probably still be updated for newer Minecraft versions as long as it stays popular.
