This Awesome Starter Seed is probably one of the better starter seeds out there, simply due to the amount of loot you can gain right off the bat, if you decide to find and loot the desert village with a desert temple smack in the middle of it.

Here is the cozy desert village, and its main attraction, the desert temple:
There is also a bunch of rabbits just as you spawn, and who doesn’t like rabbits!? (Farmers, that’s who, they hate the little buggers).
The grand total of loot you gain by ‘visiting’ the nearest desert village, and temple, is this: 26 gold ingots, 3 emeralds, 4 diamonds, 6 iron ingots, iron leggings, 3 loaves of bread, and a saddle. That is not counting the zombie flesh, as well as the bones, also located in the temple.
Near the desert village, you will find a little cozy lava pit, perfect for supplying you with all your heat and lava needs, of which I am sure there are many.
There is also a normal village close to spawn, but that one doesn’t have any noteworthy loot, only villagers, so it isn’t too important, but still, a village.
If you venture out into a nearby ocean, you will be able to locate an ocean monument, full of loot, danger, and deadly guardians, so make sure you’re probably geared and supplied before you decide to take a visit.
