MusicCraft Mod for Minecraft 1.6.4

MusicCraft Mod is a mod that adds several instruments to Minecraft, including various pianos, keyboards, guitars, cellos, drum kits, violins, trumpets and more.

All instruments are use-able, meaning that with this mod, you can play music in Minecraft, you can even start your own band.

Important: this mod requires Minecraft Forge.

MusicCraft Mod

Most instruments simply require that you right click on them, and then a GUI will open where you can play the instrument. The drum kit requires you to craft some drum sticks first though, but after you have done that, and hold the sticks in your hands, then it only requires a right click for you to be able to play.

Some of the instruments can be used in multiplayer, however the guitars, bass, violin, trumpet and saxophone cannot, so if you want to make a band, it will have to mostly consist of pianos, keyboards and drums.

The mod also adds several new ingredients to the game, to be used when crafting these new instruments. Here are the recipes for the new ingredients (if you just want the download, scroll past to the bottom as there are many recipes in this mod):

Musical tree planks (can be used to build stages that enhance sound, also to craft drum sticks):
